Burghfield Common Recreation Ground is overseen and operated by Burghfield Parish Council. It was conveyed to the village by Henry George Willink for the purposes of exercise and recreation.

It hosts, among other events, matches for Burghfield Football Club, the Parish Council Sports Day and Burghfest.
