Save the Children Kennet Branch’s Midsummer Music returns on Sunday 26th of June 2022 – entrance from 12 noon.
We are delighted to be able to welcome you to our music and entertainment event back to its usual midsummer date with all profits going to Save the Children. Our headliners The Clive Fortune Big Band will be entertaining us with a wide repertoire of big band classics and jazz standards including originals from the 1930s, 1940s and 1950s as well as more contemporary arrangements for big band.
Interval support will be provided by singer-songwriter Liza Marshall and the always entertaining Shane and Alex. There will be a licensed bar, real ale, a hog roast and raffles and, as a family-friendly event, entertainment for children including Bubbles Man and face painting.
